SoftBank could take a majority stake in WeWork


                    
According to Wall Street information
Journal, SoftBank would be in discussions to take a
majority stake in WeWork, a start-up specializing in
coworking founded in 2010 in New York. The Japanese giant already has 20% of
WeWork after a first investment
$ 4.4 billion in 2017, which gave it two
board of directors of the company. Part of these funds were used to
expansion in Japan, China and Southeast Asia. Last August, SoftBank
reinvested $ 1 billion in convertible debt.

According to the Wall Street Journal, the Japanese group could
this time invest between 15 and 20 billion dollars through
its $ 92 billion Vision Fund. According to the information
reported by WeWork this summer, its sales were
doubled in the first half of 2018 to 763.8 million
dollars but its losses have increased to 723 million. WeWork does for the
